TPM 1:  Berlin, Germany - 25 – 26 November 2025

The CyberMe kick off meeting was held at the offices of Stiftung Digitale Chancen in Berlin, Germany, on 25th – 26th November 2025.

The main objective of the meeting was to streamline the project management and implementation processes. 

The project coordinator Natalia Loock from Stiftung Digitale Chancen – presented the project’s management plan.  Toumazis Toumazi from Cyprus Computer Society presented the project’s communication and dissemination strategy and Borislava Zaharieva from Tetra Solutions explained the project’s quality assurance methodology.

During the project meeting a panel discussion with Cybersecurity experts took place with six female cybersecurity experts including: Dr. Anastassia Lauterbach, Gabriela Corsatea, Elisabeth Wisniewski, Iryna Schwindt, Julia Schütze, Diana Waithanji, which helped partners agree the structure of Launchpad Program road map, which was discussed by all partners and a workplan was agreed.

At the end of the meeting, the partners agreed about the next project activities, including the development of development of the CyberMe Launchpad Program.
